Happy Spring!

At 4:44pm PST, we welcome the Spring Equinox—the perfect balance between the darkness of winter and the light of summer.

This is the time of the Divine Daughter! She emerges from her Grandmother’s embrace deep in the earth to the arms of her Mother. As the Divine Daughter dances, flowers bloom at her feet. She brings the passion of spring to the mother earth…all potential blossoming into joy.

Today, I celebrate my 48th birthday. What a transformation! This time in my life has been one of great change, blossoming into great joy.

Like so many others, I was a caterpillar in my youth with a hunger for information, opportunities and experiences. My 40’s have been the cocoon stage, transforming from an all consuming caterpillar into something more. Now as I enter my wiser years, I can feel my wings, damp and untried, clinging to my new form, waiting, waiting to arise from my cocoon as a butterfly.

I love working with Hormonally Challenged women. The gift of the shifting hormones is this great transformation. We all have the potential to fly.
